The location offered was perfect so close to the town center, the old town of Navarette, and bars and services including ATM and stores. Got twin room with nice toiletries, a good breakfast, for instance as expected.
Some of the staff were a little indifferent.

The staff were amiable and amicable, nothing too much trouble. The location was remote, excellent for the Santander ferry. It was just off bars & restaurants, market & twin plaza.

Had a very enjoyable stay, the hotel is recently refurbished.
Beds and pillows in my queen room were great. The location of the hotel was convenient and ideal - at a medium distance from Bodegas Corral. There was a good restaurant, a market and stores next door.

Had a great Easter weekend at this hotel! the renovated historic building added to the magical atmosphere, and the rooftop terrace provided a stunning view of the surrounding area. the staff were friendly and treated us well. the daily room cleaning and eco-friendly bath products were a nice touch.
The check-in process could be improved as it was unclear and we had some confusion about when and how to check in. the steak for two at the hotel's restaurant was disappointing, as it was fatty and grisly.
